I've struggled with my weight since early teens. I am trying to learn how to live without an attachment to food as I am an emotional eater. I am currently not exercising as I have drastically cut my calories and am trying to handle that for now. On an average day I'd probably eat nearly 3000 cals of junk food and now my goals are around 1500 of healthy food. I like to hike and spend time outdoors so I'm hopeful I can incorporate that as exercise more so than my treadmill in the garage.
