Hello! I am excited to start my health and fitness journey! I have definitely not concentrated on myself in the last year or two. So I need some help obtaining my goals. I am already very happy because my calorie intake is higher than other suggestions that I am used to seeing.
I am a hostess at Cracker Barrel so I am on my feet anywhere from 4-8 hours at a time. It is hard to keep motivated to exercise after work because of my aching feet and muscles. Which should improve by losing some weight. I also do not get breaks at work. So eating during my shift is very difficult. But I have hope in the upcoming weeks! And to be able to also survive the holiday. We have lots of birthdays and anniversaries to celebrate in addition Christmas.
