I showed my kids! They love it! They like to be upside down they kinda prop themselves against the wall 🙃🙃🙃😂😂😂

I used to do this when I was a teenager. Then some years back took a yoga class with my daughters. When it came time to do a headstand, my daughters couldn't do it, but I could! It's about getting those legs up and balance from what I remember. Not sure if I could do it now! Thank you for sharing. 😊
