Moopie, you hit the nail on the head there, it's on our phones, our computers, our TVs, blaring at us from city streets and billboards on the highways, we get a cute container at work with a big bow on it...it's always something loaded with sugar, salt, excessive fat and tons of carbs, it's everywhere man!!! Cut us a break!!! 

You look great! Ignoring that easy food has to be hard. ;-D 

Love it! My mom sent me chocolate popcorn, truffles and chocolate cherries in the mail... I went over my caloric budget yesterday. You are amazing, Moopie💙 So glad you are on this forum.

Debra, inundated with junk everywhere. Healthy foods don’t need advertising. 

Isohume, fast food is ok in moderation. But im getting tasty treats delivered to my door almost daily. There is a direct correlation between how readily available the junk food is and my weight. 

Unity, your mommy is so nice. If you’re close enough with her maybe make kind suggestions for treats that you can enjoy healthfully. Sometimes I end up regifting the yummy things that come my way.  

Fat is actually a Chinese name that means prosperity. 🫶🫶🫶 

Now personally, I would love to get a fruit basket for Christmas and when Nana still had the grocery store she would always sell lots of fruit baskets for Christmas for people to give away. And in my humble opinion I think a many people (minus perhaps diabetics) could enjoy whole fruits in a healthful way, but I know that fruit for a lot of our carnivores friends would not be a good thing (fruit coma) so maybe we can make a couple alterations here. Maybe we could popularize some alternative baskets. Maybe have veggie baskets or create a new kind of holiday basket with rich meats 🍖 that would be an odd but unusual treat basket right? 😊 I mean it had to be refrigerated when it was delivered, but it could be done. I mean if they can do an edible fruit flower arrangement why can't we do a meat basket for our carnivore friends or a veggie basket for a more vegetarian friends we can think outside the box here we are intelligent modern peoples. 😁 

then according to the Chinese, I'm one prosperous dude! lol

Leah, I agree. A bouquet of bacon roses doesn’t sound good to a vegetarian but a tasty snack for a carnivore.
