Find one person f2f that you trust. Confide in them and ask for advice. Sometimes family, although they love you, have agendas. But you need feed back from someone you trust.

Rosio19 Maybe you could make a doctor's appointment and see what they say. If the Doctor's says you weight is fine than all you have to do is refer to what the doctor says. End of Story :)

Rosie19– your weight is good. I don’t see why you couldn’t keep doing weights if you want to. You could continue with lower wts, higher reps in order to stay firm. Weights are not in my area of knowledge though. You have done well. You have succeeded Rosie— you Will get maintenance figured out. I have faith in you.

Lifting will reduce body fat - as you know - but also can create a nice physique and functional strength e.g., lifting kids, grocery bags, etc. Lower weights and higher reps...maybe...of course I go as heavy as I can but I still have body fat in the upper 20's% - and trying too reduce fat anther 20 pounds. Different goals!

Yes, I need to increase my calories I’m only eating an average of 1900 a week. So if I increase n lift I won’t keep losing weight n I’ll get my body in a better shape 😏

I’ll eat 1600 on weekdays n Saturday n Sunday 2500 each day = 1900 a day .... or something like that
