DOMS weight hiked 16 miles yesterday. I see my pattern now... drop 4 lbs m-f, gain 2 over the weekend and repeat. The gain isn’t fat gain for sure. keto works for some and not for others, but for everyone calorie deficit is needed for weight loss.
