Tiny drop, but I'll take it. Did my 150 minutes of youtube workouts this week so I'm happy. Only did 110 last week so might try to get the extra 40 mins done before month end to hit my 10hr target.

Tracking fairly well, but having a big family lunch tomorrow so I won't track that and then I'll start again fresh on Monday. Gonna stick to some of Jordan Syatt (on youtube)'s advice and only have one plate for lunch so no seconds and then I'll allow myself one plate/bowl for dessert as well and just small amounts of things I really want to have - not just eating because it's there.

I'll also be driving so no alcohol, which helps and will try to be conscious of any snacking. On second thought maybe I'll have one Savanna Light because yolo. Have a great weekend and week ahead y'all!
