Week 1 of my cut is complete. I lost a total of 3 pounds. My average daily cal consumption was 1500 calories. With the weekend, my weekly average was 1694. Which is perfect because my goal was 1700 cals a day 👍

I found it very easy to eat only 1500 cals daily. I ate 1 or 2 high calorie snacks everyday too! I ate very mindfully 😃 one thing that helped was being extremely busy 😅 We’ll see what happens this week. I’m lowering my cals to 1600 daily. I’m going to try not to have such a high cal weekend

Thanks guys! ❤️ I think my calorie maintenance is 1900 a day. So I planned to cut 200 last week (a day) and I’m cutting 300 this week. I didn’t intend to eat only 1500 cals last week, it just felt right. I’ve started this week off eating terrible. It’s been one chaotic day after the next at work and I didn’t take the time to food prep and I babied myself with cheese cake and chips yesterday 😒 I’m trying to do better today 🙃

Thanks Chris. I’m not doing great this week 😣 I don’t know how you guys eat right and workout while it’s cold outside! I’ve been hibernating 😐
