Couldn't go to sleep until after 12:30 last night! I've started playing ScrabbleGo on my phone, and it has become addicting. Well, at least it isn't sugary or carb-laden, LOL! Yesterday completed day SIX back on the straight and narrow. I was actually thinking about going out to Red Lobster for lunch today to celebrate, but I don't feel quite confident enough yet to "eat out," knowing how much I love those Cheddar Bay Biscuits and the battered shrimp, scallops & clams. When I DO go, I'm going to indulge in LOBSTER and CRAB LEGS (no breading), and no baked potato as I would "normally" get. I still haven't gone out for my birthday dinner (6/20), and I have a gift certificate, so it will be in the near future. Just want to make sure I can do it without sabotaging myself, though.

Debs, that is wonderful!! Hang in there for the first few weeks and it will really be worthwhile. You have just inspired me to control my totally rational fear of this damned covid virus which has my stress levels and lousy eating and drinking up through the roof. I will join you on Keto, I am a member of DietDoctor which has some interesting recipes and a free two-week meal plan. You go girl!

Glad to have you back, @janetofjq! Glad you were inspired to get back on Keto, though most any plan will work IF you work the plan! It took me a LONNNNNG time to get back in to my groove, but I feel like I'm getting there!
