Kept my carbs and calories down again. Those saved calories are bound to add up to 3,500 eventually! My Shingles is doing fine. The medicine has all but healed it, PTL. Been playing entirely too much ScrabbleGo. Sometimes I'm in as many as 10 games at a time! Still managing to keep my house tidy, though. But my butt gets numb from sitting in my recliner so much. Haven't gotten out much.

Wow Debbie I was on vaca and didn't see you had Shingles. Sorry to see that but glad your meds are working. Maybe you can get out for a short walk once a day?
