Journal de Nikina70, 11 sept. 20

This week is going well so far. Did 2 x 45min strength workouts and will hopefully do another hour tomorrow. Feeling that satisfactory soreness at the back of my thighs - I do LOVE them deadlifts! The scale said 66.2kg on Wednesday and Thursday, but oh well, maybe next week I'll get back there - who knows. So far this week I've hit 60g of Protein every day so hoping to keep that up.

Yes, thanks so much NN! At the end of my first workout I managed 5 pushups, but I can only go half way down or I feel like I'll collapse. Feels like I wouldn't keep my body straight if I went lower. Then this morning after hanging up washing on the line I did 3 on the little step outside the door, which is probably just under a foot high - a bit shaky, but I'll do some more when I go to take the washing (laundry) in again. So I think perhaps I would do better if I can do them on my mat holding my dumbbells to just give me that bit of height. Don't know if those would count as official pushups, but I think I'll work on increasing the amount like that for a while. Thanks for your support and encouragement! Hope all is well with you too! 💖

Nice!! That sounds like it’ll be a wonderful way to build up your strength! And if you were only able to do modified knee push-ups before, that’s definitely progress. 👏🏻💖
