Yesterday, I cooked fresh green beans, spaghetti squash and sauerkraut (for my husband). I still have the baby new potatoes left from cooking the other day, so loaded up with vegetable choices. Eating a LARGE (220-285g) orange every morning because I wake up thirsty, and that is very satisfying. Having been back on track for two weeks now, recording everything has once again become second nature.

About a week ago, I joined a Christian weight-loss plan called New Life Promise. (You can find it by going to IsabelDPrice.com, if you're interested in checking it out.) She's all about HEALTHY foods, so I'm learning to make good choices and avoid things that are harmful for my body. I haven't officially "started" the program yet, because in the first week you TOTALLY eliminate all sugar (even good ones) and artificial sweeteners. Still weaning myself off of Diet Coke, but it is going slowly. I AM drinking at least 64 ounces of water a day, though, and it is making a difference.
