So grateful that getting tags for the car is over!
Didn’t stand in the long long lines at the DMV, instead if you have a AAA membership, they do everything, like the actual DMV does. Lines are shorter.👍👏👏👏 We went to the one next to Porto's Bakery. You stand in line with the air filled of aroma of fresh hot pastry, it makes one really kneady of a empanada!😋😁
I now have to go to the police station and get it signed off, being a fix it ticket. My hubby said he’ll do it for me. ❤️ Dang, need a great Father’s Day gift for sure! Well, really without me, today would just be another day. You're welcome honey!🤣

I guess that is one thing I should be grateful for in NY is that we can get the registration done online, don't have to go to the DMV for the tags in 99% of the cases. You just reminded me, my motorcycle is due for inspection. I know I need a new front tire - that going to cost me a few hundred (ugh) Have a great Thursday

I may do that Becky. Yet, the line to Portos is out the door and long.🙃 May go to Tropicana Bakery instead, it’s Cuban and is almost just as good.😋 Yeah, he has been the cook lately, but it makes him proud and happy, thank goodness!🌸

Shirfleur, there is a company that for about $6, does it for you on the Internet just like the DMV. Once you do it there they alert you through texts on the next time it’s due, so wonderful and worth it. I never did the van through them though. Have a great Friday!🌼

Skydiverjim, we can renew on the web, which I did, but if there is a smog inspection involved they won’t send you the sticker till it’s done. I never went and got the car smog tested. Then after time they won’t let you do it on the Internet you have to go in, just crazy!

It is important!! Don’t have it blow on you, then have a car run over you!!! Go do it!!!!! Sorry, hate motorcycles, I am allowed to say that!! We have 2!!!! SO DANGEROUS IN LA TRAFFIC!😖

Hmbrown, it’s the smog test that did me in.🙃 If I could do that online all would be good.😊 You have to actually take the car in and WAIT as they test it, never had made time for it. Now I have to waste more time fixing a ticket, so lesson learned.🙃🌼

This past week O didn't do very well. I eat too much, and not all good things for me to have. On 7/12 I will finally have my knee surgery, I guessed some anxiaty has kicked in, and went back to my old habits. Well it's not that bad. I promise myself(and the knee Surgeon) that I will loose 10+ pounds before my operation and I did it.Just a little set back, but I know I can reach my goal, it may take longer, but I am NOT a quitter!!
