Made a real effort to keep calories down yesterday, whilst eating constantly. Took me three hours to go to sleep again last night, and I got up and had 12 Nacho Cheese Doritos, and a half of a chicken tender leftover from lunch. Put my calories over 2,000 for the day. I've started having the foresight to jot down in my phone what I am eating at night, so it is there to remind me to record first thing in the morning.

Got up early and did some of my PT exercises this morning. Pleased that the scale was down from 212.2 to 210.8! Have a phone call to make at 7:30am (to discontinue PT), but then I think I'll lie back down for an hour before I need to start getting ready for the kids to come. Left a bunch of dishes last night that I'd like to do before they arrive. Also need to pack up the pool bags (loaded with towels and snack items). Out of Lunchables, so I will fry them up a bunch of bacon, and I have Slim Jims, salami sticks, and four kinds of snack cheeses, plus chips, watermelon, cantaloupe, cherries. and the "cherry plums." I may pre-measure some of the fruit for myself to have
