Down to 221.7 after three days of OMAD with very small meals. That's 8.1 pounds since Easter. Mostly water of course, but no doubt some body fat burned over the past three days with 815 calories eaten over that time. Feeling great and super mental clarity.

Good for you - I know that you were looking forward to this day! After this length - I find that hard to believe that your loss is just water - at 815 calories - Truly - the body will only burn or use 31 calories per pound of body Fat in one day ---- eg if I have 15 pounds of body fat - 15 x31 = 465 - so even if my Net Deficit is over 465 - still the body cannot eat/use any more fat that day ---- so any higher daily net deficit like say - 600 would mean that my body used either lean muscle or then it would be a water lose --- there are only two ways to go ---- OR is there another one? Good for you!

Good morning. Understood! Appreciate the comments, Jim and Jergens! I have an estimated 2200 calories of fat I can metabolize based on the calculations, so I'm good!
