Journal de Debbie Cousins, 13 juil. 22

Weight back down below day-before-yesterday's reading. I knew it was just bowel contents making it go up yesterday. I'm thankful that it didn't discourage me (which might have led to diet havoc!)

I made 2 country ham biscuits (240 calories) for my lunch at the pool. Also sliced two mini cucumbers (27 calories) and I'm only taking water (no Diet Coke). Would like to also take watermelon and cherries, but I don't have enough to share with the kids and my twin friends.

Supposed to be 89 degrees today, with thunderstorms starting around 4pm. Hopefully, we'll get to the pool at 10am when they open, and stay until 2-3pm. Five hours is about as long as I can stay out without getting grumpy, lol.
