Thanks Nikina. I’m stealing a leaf out of your journal to reset focus and review trends. When I’m mentally in a good place and life isn’t going at breakneck speed, eating well is easy.

I’m quite surprised but, did have a few days where I hardly ate and walked about 10 miles on a few days but then other days there was so much food. Now it’s time to actually make progress. Just like you have ☺️

@Marge, how’s the reset going? I didn’t do too well with my goals last week, particularly the attempt to increase fruit and veg. I just gravitate towards carbs, so only averaged 3.2 portions of fruit/veg daily. I am seriously considering juicing as a way to get them in so I don’t keep failing my target.

@Ad, what do you mean you hardly ate? Were you on a liquid diet instead😆? 10miles a day! Your poor feet😳

Two reasons, somedays it was too hot and too busy so just had a snack for breakfast and didn’t feel like much more and the flying days I didn’t eat apart from a small breakfast. So 4 or 5 days I hardly ate 😂

Juicing sounds like a good plan Suma. Go for it! It's so individual isn't it? I find fruit and veg easy - I frequently have 7 or more portions a day! My strugglevis reaching 75g protein. I was up to 70g, but close to my calorie limit. It is tough finding vegan, high protein, low calorie foods! I'm also not sure I'll manage my runs this week as it is going to be hot,hot,hot here. I will have to get up very early! Keep going , you are doing great 👍

7 portions would be a dream for me. Your diet is incredibly healthy. I want to reach 4/5 and keep this as a habit. But I clearly haven’t figured out a way to consistently do it. I need to tag this onto something I already do. I don’t think I’m particularly adventurous with my cooking of veg, so they usually look a bit boring and I end up eating something else.

U have to b careful not to overdo it on the fruit tho Ad, if u look in the nutrients it has a lot of natural sugar xx

I don’t mind natural sugar, but given the paltry amount of fruit I currently consume, I doubt it’ll be a problem anytime soon. I want to be one of those people who has an 🍎 instead of a bar of chocolate…sigh 😔

Suma, ur doing well, don't keep bringing yourself down! I only say that cuz I'm trying to not only watch my macros but my nutrients too, the only thing I tend to go over on constantly is sugar, there's a bit in my kvarg but that's high in protein so I'm eating less fruit than I used to so I can have the protein if that makes sense? It's a right balancing act I know! 😤 xx
