Damn girl u ever been more than 120? Makes me laugh all these ppl running and doing dangerous shit to lose weight, and all they gotta do is not eat too much. I want the Kenna Morton diet.

SilentAlcetstis— I don’t diet at all, what I do is portion control, moderation, healthier eating most of the time and less than healthy or at least not conducive to maintaining my health, just once in a while. I can eat anything I want, I just can’t do it everyday and when I do I use portion control. Tonight I’m having pizza— two pieces of an 8 inch pizza, and an 8 oz can of coke with a small salad on the side. No guilt, no recriminations. I also swim for 60-90 minutes almost every day and I hike. Staying active is crucial.

You over 70 and under 120lbs and looking like that? Damn lady, we should all be not dieting and listening to you. women decades younger or even in their twenties cant get it together like you have. Good job Kenna Morton. Imma have me some pizza too.
