Thanks, Suma!💕 I often find that tracking calories is something easy that I can manage, so it's nice to fall back on when so many other things seem to be completely out of my control. I'm just aiming to maintain right now, so the minor loss is a bonus.

This week, I've felt really tired again, Cheese. So I've walked a bit less and rested a bit more than usual. I also find that my arm and leg muscles hurt as if I've done a workout, and all I've done is my usual evening job. Lifting buckets of water and mopping three flights of stairs doesn't usually floor me, so I'm not very happy about it. The fatigue is similar to how I felt when I had covid, but just not to the extent that I have to sit or lie down - I just have an overall feeling of weakness. I'm coping so far and still doing some walking, but I'm keen to get back to normal soon. I'm hoping the gp will have some answers for me when my last blood test results come back.🤞
