Erika, I'm gonna measure tomorrow and see how I fared in the size department. I bumped into an old friend I had not seen in a couple of months in the grocery store and the first words out of her mouth were OMG! You have lost so much weight, I did not recognize you at first!....damn, that made me feel good. I'm wearing a tank top and hubby says you can really see the difference in my arms and shoulders. 

Oh Debra, I'm so glad you got an OMG! I've been up and down several times in the past two years - and further back too- that I think people are just used to seeing me at various sizes. I look forward to dropping below my recent range. 

Well, because my fat is solid and dense, I don't really look as heavy as I actually am, so when it starts to drop off, it's noticeable. Especially in my belly area, the last two days, my boobs stick out further than my tummy does and even obese, I have an hourglass shape....it's just an XXL hourglass, so 18 inches or more...as I have not measured this week when you are wearing a tank top and stretch jeans (hides the cellulite bumps) makes small changes seem like big ones! 

Funny thing is, folks who see you every day don't seem to notice it as much, or my regular customers are too polite to say anything. Folks are so PC now days, they are scared to say anything that might offend!
