Sooooo, im on the grand experiment of continuing to raise my calories a little at a time. I log between 90-100% of my food (usually forget the massive amount of heavy whipping cream i put in my coffee). Apparently i got hooked back on caffeine during surgery recovery😂. Ive been losing weight but think it’s mostly the swelling. The exciting thing is if i can maintain here on around 1500+ calories a day with adrenal gland failure i wont be starving all the time!!!!!! Going to have my first pizza (MOD PIZZA) in 15 months. Margherita, thin crust. See what tomorrow brings🤭. Wishing myself 🍀 luck. Pretty excited to get all new labs in a few months. (I also realized I REALLY need to add muscle in my back. It’s so bony. Been so focused on the hip and leg strength this past year.

The last time I had pizza was pre-Covid. NYC, Nolita/Little Italy neighborhood, the oldest pizza joint in America: Lombardi's. Had their eggplant & ricotta pie, and have not bothered with eating any other pizza since. It's like flying first class and then returning to coach. Or eating fresh pineapple and then being offered the canned stuff. Why bother? YoH, I can't wait to see your next set of labs, as you've worked really hard to overhaul that gorgie body of yours, inside and out. 💚🤗

Well your pizza definitely sounds better than mine but i still enjoyed it! Im scheduled for January to give myself time to acclimate back to normal from most recent adventures. But will update for sure!

SHIRFLEUR it wasn’t as good as an actual pizzeria. It’s kind of like fast food pizza cheap and sort of like the real thing but lower calorie. Dipping my foot (or tongue) into the pizza pond again.

Enjoy it girl. I’ve eaten pizza all throughout my 50lb weight loss. It’s doable. I just don’t eat 4 slices anymore. I’ll never cut out foods I love unless I’m forced medically like I recently was. I’m not a dieter, never was, never will be.
