3 days of carbs and fat. Interestingly i had two days of nausea so my body is not used to bread, butter and gravy tho i only had gravy a little on Xmas and a little/lot on the 27th. Was up all night last night. Took Xmas down. Between hubs and i took 7 hours non-stop, no food nothing. Hubs noted several times how surprised he was i didnt ask him for help even with the heavy stuff. Im getting stronger. I feel so much better this year than i have in the last many years. Thank you trainer, thank you healthy w.o.e. Thank you hip surgeon thank you retirement. When done had two massive slices of bread toasted with butter, 2 protein muffins and 2 big bowls of popcorn. That’s all i ate. Dumb. No surprise weight is up bigger surprise is how miserable i felt by bedtime from eating poorly. High carbs low protein dont agree with me. Doing better now at 4 pm. Back on track i go.

I have been nauseated too. Same here. I don't tolerate high carb, low protein.

Good job for acknowledging this and getting back on track. I need to do the same and I think I need a 31 day no sugar discipline push! I am so glad you are getting stronger on your health journey. I was just talking to my husband as we both weighed in at the gym yesterday and we were both up. I said this is TRULY a way of life and you can never stop even if we take a detour once in awhile!
