Slightly discouraged by the scale today. Have been doing 16:8 since Monday and although I've been very hungry have managed to stay below my kj limit. Would have liked to average around 70% of the total, but not this week. Maybe it's the rusk I had after 8pm last night (in fasting time) - otherwise I've been quite good I think. Also only managed 2 hours of exercise so that takes my total up to 12 for the month so hope I can fit 2 more in. June and July are usually terrible for me for exercise so I have to find a way to keep moving through winter. Will try to keep up the good weekday 16:8 and hope that next week yields the results I'm looking for.
