Thanks no I didn't quit completely I would have if the weather wasn't so nice! I'm only doing less than half the distance maybe twice a week compared to 8 to 10 MI 6 or 7 days a week

Rosio why not? I’m doing it, over weight and all!!! Hate every minute but the last 60 sec then the high kicks in like wtf I just ran 4+ miles. 😆
