I will take it. I feel i had a very undisciplined week, and it was lack of preparation more than anything. Frankly i am a little disappointed in myself. Must work on that. #stillgrindtime!

Roommate and i have been doing the world's slowest kitchen remodel. I think we have been at it for about a year and a half. Still have a ways to go, but it is starting to look more like the new kitchen than the old one! These are the appliances of my dreams. Fridge will be next.

3lb is really good! You're doing great, slow and steady I found is better then lose quick then boom gain it quicker just my experience *sigh* ... BTW Love the stove, is that a double oven!!!!😍

I have a split oven similar to the one pictured. We mostly use the small upper oven. It is rare that we use both, but every time, I'm reminded why I was willing to spend so much. Definitely worth it in our household.

I agree with TomLong focus on the positive of you are losing 3lbs a week!! That is phenomenal plus you are doing HIIT to address loose skin as you lose weight, You look amazing truly! keep up the good work.

Hey ty sooooooo much, all! I am usually not into things (well expensive, status-conferring things at least), but in the past have always taken whatever came with the place, or bought the cheapest, flimsiest that i could. Now i am like, life is short, i don't want to go before i have a decent stove! And honestly the whole kitchen. We are doing it on a shoestring but boy howdy, i get to choose!!!! And i genuinely enjoy cooking, and even using crappy appliances i can make some pretty great stuff, imho. But it is nice to uave what i want for once. Like i said, i am taking them with me when i die! 😁

Also ty so much @eat-les, @tomlong, @jimmiepop, @lc313 for the kind words about wi. It is more that my workouts weren't as energetic as i wanted and i waaaaaay over-imbibed on friday and am just recognizing that it pretty much messes with my week. Again i am reminded i am not in my 20s, dang it.

And also (sorry to go on, but luckily you all have left, lol), tbh i think some of my mild frustration is just that i have been flirting with hitting the 50# lost mark for the last 3 weeks. And i know it is just a number, and i have a lot more work ahead of me, but i wanna see the number!!! Plus then i get to bust into my 50# loss reward - my super boss brix fitness hoodie, size unisex M! However, it is hotter than blazes, so idk what's my hurry.
