and bam, another! now 151...down 58 lbs, starting to fit into some old clothes. Its hard to take a photo. I went to gym yesterday. I started with 30 minutes elliptical with arms. I also walk my dog about 3 miles daily. I'm being really good not eating any dairy and sticking to carnivore for now. I find it very easy, and my food bills are much lower. I need to get me some biceps this year. carnivore keto on my friends.

Congrats! I’ve been doing Keto with a broken back so can’t exercise try not to go over 20 carbs a day. Down 33 pounds since Oct 3rd!! Feel so much better. I want to give the carnivore Keto a try. I watch Dr Ken Berry as well but thanks for the tip on the other guy 🤗 keep up the good work ⚡️

Jcmama thanks! I've got a petite frame. 5'3. My bra even now is 32 DDDDDDDDDD. WELL, I don't know how many D's haha. I've always carried my weight waist down, pear shape. Chest now 38, waist 32, hips 42. I have measurements from when I was lifting and my waist was 26 😳 I'll be happy if I can get my hips back to 36-38. Yup, we've got goalzzzzzzz. ✌

Keti kerri, no need to go carnivore if keto is working! Maybe for a change. Even on keto- under 20, I easily went out of ketosis and struggled to lose. Dr Shawn Baker has a great book out now Carnivore. He's the real pro, I know Berry and he's riding on Shawn and dr Fungs coat tails 😂 listen to the podcast Human Performance Outliers, many of them are so interesting if you like science. Sorry about your back. That's so hard.
