So today when I went to PF (super fantastic workout again- BTW) I was told that masks are required now- but ONLY when walking in or out OR if walking around the area but not while we are at a machine. Awesome! I told the guy I'd gladly wear a mask (I'd wear a frickin' hazmat suit) if it meant they wouldn't close. So then- this corpulent guy comes in- next to my bench- and to warm up he decided he needed to do the biggest arm circles you can imagine- flying his covid air all over the place- then begins running in place, followed by gyrating his hips, and ending by putting his knees together and bouncing up and down- somehow perfectly timed to the music in my ear buds. He also brings his own giant, gross bath towel to lay on the bench. If he smelled- he would encompass everything I hate in fellow gym goers.  

don't forget sitting/laying down on the benches with those shorts that don't cover the bits and pieces so you've got that nasty flesh touching stuff.  

Uggg. Pf said they were going to require masks while exercising beginning 8-1 including those with breathing problems. No exceptions. T hey had so many people cancel their membership s in a couple of days that they changed the requirements.  

I’m sitting here literally laughing out LOUD. Good thing I’m alone. You can be so descriptive and so funny dp! Love it! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 

So happy for you that you got a good workout in. All i can say is I am happy your buddy didn't smell bad! :)  

Lol. I’d have had a hard time keeping a straight face and not staring at the man! 

Wifey- I wish there was any part of that description that was exaggerated. Peeper- if I wasn't grossed out and it had been just a video- i would have been laughing. It was as if I was on a hidden camera show. Ever have those times where you are thinking-hmmm- somethings gotta give here- something isn't right- Like everyone is watching to see your reaction because it is so ridiculous of a situation...? 😳 

My schedule is all screwed from missing two days this week and biceps land on today. 😂 I’m gonna try and squeeze traps and shoulders in too. 💪💪

Lol, she described this to me just now and I was thinking the same thing about a hidden camera. Like maybe he had a friend filming from a distance so that they could put it on youtube. :D 

I even did the actions for him which was quite embarrassing even after this many years together. LMAO.
