So what's up FS?

In the past 2 months I:

1. sprained my ankle and thus could not work out... also put up on a bit of weight due to holidays (not a big deal tho).
2. lost my grandfather on Christmas and one of my uncles last week, to COVID. I did not have a lot in common with them, still, it's sad... especially sad for my dad who lost his father and elder brother within 3 weeks.
3. now am stuck with COVID myself. Good thing, I won't have to get the third vaccine before July, yay.
4. finished my executive training, very happy with my results (91/100).
5. changed my hair, I am a redhead now 👩‍🦰 at least something nice in the middle of all this shit.

Happy New Year lol

Smile at yourself in the mirror- even though things aren't feeling too good right now, it WILL get better. A couple of years ago I moved from hilly West Yorkshire to flat North Yorkshire, blame a really nice guy for this- result- I put on 7lbs over the winter- no hills to walk up and down. Then the following summer I tore ligaments and tendons in the same ankle twice, was advise to put my foot up for several weeks. thank goodness Wimbledon was on so I didn't go stir crazy- result- even chunkier than i was to start with. Still stuck with the flab because I can't walk more than a couple of miles and then the next morning I suffer for it. I also have a partner who likes to have a dessert after his dinner... it's hard work training him not to get me something too! Good luck you look fab anyway and smile...x
