Got a 206.8 morning weigh in on the last day of the month. Probably not back to the blue line but I should have that after work. Will eat 1300-1500 calories today, depending on whether I decide to end the month with a 1900 calorie per day average (my original goal) or if I want to go a bit further and end with an 800 calorie per day deficit. Happy Halloween!

I am always amazed at how quickly you get results from your efforts. I think, for me, the body likes to hold on to it's weight for a while longer even when a very good effort is made....then for some unknown reason the weight will be less 3-4 days later. I know you will be rewarded eventually for your supreme effort. J
