When I did back yesterday, I decided to incorporate some different exercises but instead of my lats being sore- which I guess they are a little- my traps and delts are super sore and made my shoulder workout today not quite as effective. Actually- I guess it was still effective- I just seemed to fatigue more quickly from soreness. I don't know how it is all connected but maybe my technique was wrong on some things? Oh well. 6 out of 7 days spent lifting. Hopefully I will be less hungry today. The last two days I have had a hard time eating 2000 or less calories (and so I haven't).
