Tuna Bites
Delicious small tuna cakes packed with flavor and good nutrients, that are very low carb.
Ingrédients
2
boîtes de conserve
tuna
1 moyen egg
2 oz gouda cheese
3 cuillères à soupe, tranchés onion
1/2 tasse spinach
1/3 second cooking spray
1/2 tsp herb mix
2 cuillères à café olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic salt
Directives
Sauté the onion in the olive oil with a little bit of the spices and garlic salt, place aside when transparent or soft.
Shred the cheese.
In a bowl place all ingredients (including sautéed onions) with the remainder of the garlic salt and spices. Mix together until all is mixed properly.
With a tablespoon, place the mixture in 12 even parts on an oven cooking pan previously sprayed with non-stick spray.
Cook for 10 minutes, flip the cakes so they can cook evenly, and cook for another 10 minutes or until a little brown.

It tastes good even without the gouda and sauted onions. I put mine freshly chopped with coriander and some bread crumbs in them to make them more crispier. Tasty!! :)

This is a keeper! I can see they will be great on my Atkins diet and the potassium is awesome. Omega 3 is another reason to keep these on your food list..

I had the hardest time getting it to stay together in a patty form. :( I decided to not flip them after a while because it just tore them apart. :( I added mayo as a binding agent but still no luck
